**| Barista Notes |**
Due to the strict maintenance of the manor's environment, the quality of the green beans produced by Alida Manor has always been outstanding.
The manor itself is located in a national park reserve, coupled with a relatively high altitude (average approximately between 1700 and 1800m), changeable microclimate and sheltered forest, providing a very good environment for the development of coffee flavor. .
If you like the richness, sweetness, and fruit-enhanced flavor of lightly fermented beans, I highly recommend trying this bean. This micro-batch uses African trellis-style sun-drying. Exquisite and time-consuming manual processing gives this coffee a pure taste and an explosive aroma.
**| Brewing TIPS |**
This Alida sun-dried beans tastes great in a Psiphon pot or by hand. When the weather is hot, it is especially recommended for you to make iced hand-brewed coffee!
When brewing, you can first use a lower powder-to-water ratio (recommended around 1:6), with medium-fine ground coffee powder, and use finer water flow and higher water temperature during extraction to extend the extraction time and efficiency. The original coffee solution can be mixed with ice cubes of similar weight (for example, if you use 120g of hot water for extraction, use 120g of ice cubes); if you use a shaker cup to shake the ice to quickly cool down, it will even have a floral and fruity aroma similar to beer.
