The mochi skin is made of Japanese white jade powder (glutinous rice flour), Japanese white sugar and trehalose. The color is as white and translucent as white jade. It will not harden when refrigerated, and it will taste better the colder it is. Paired with sweet and juicy strawberries and handmade low-sugar red bean filling, every bite is an ultimate enjoyment~ 💕
🍓Use No. 2 large strawberries, each large strawberry is carefully washed, packed and made on the day of shipment, delivered by refrigerated delivery, and can be enjoyed within two days after receipt. Keep refrigerated and can be placed in the freezer for 30 minutes before tasting, and you can enjoy the chewy and cool sweet taste~
