¹ SHIFT provides a7-day appreciation period service__accordance with the law. If you find any product defects after receiving the product, please raise it within 7 days from the next day after receiving the product.

Due to personal hygiene considerations, no return or exchangeis provided forheads/fragrance capsules/filter cartridges/water pipes after they are unpacked. If you need to return or exchange the product during the appreciation period, please keep the product packaging intact and it must be innew and unused state. Do not miss any accessories, gifts, original packaging, accompanying documents, or disassemble the product by yourself.
³ Currently, exchanges can only be made for the same item, and it is not possible to exchange item A for item B. If you want to exchange for another item or size, please first refund the original item and then re-order the item you need.
