(1) Photo: Please provide one photo. If the photo is different from the pet (hair has been cut/photo taken at an angle), a rough portrait will be drawn based on the similarity to the photo. Please choose the photo carefully.

● Realistic version - Use photos to draw and emphasize real facial features, and sculpt all the hair.
● Simple version - emphasizes the outline and frame, without hair carving.

(2-2) Portrait rights: The designer will professionally photograph a few selected works and publicly promote them on the MSA brand. Thank you for your support so that more people can appreciate the wonderful craftsmanship of glass engraving. (If you have privacy concerns, you can indicate in the order that it is not to be made public)

(3) After payment is completed, a draft will be provided. Minor adjustments can be made. Replacing photos, redrawing, and temporary cancellation will incur a manuscript fee.
(4) The portrait must be drawn on glass with lines that can be hand-carved, not machine-made laser printing or sandblasting.
(5) The work will be completed within 14 working days (excluding six days) after the draft is confirmed

About moisture-proof instructions
The moisture-proof effect of a sealed glass jar is closely related to the storage environment/storage method/human opening habits/preparatory work before storage. Taiwan is humid, so you must pay attention to the humidity and dehumidify regularly to achieve a moisture-proof effect. Due to many human factors in the environment, it is impossible to permanently guarantee that the ashes will not deteriorate after using a glass jar. Please agree and understand that the ashes will be irreversible after being damp, so you need to spend more time on moisture-proofing. Before ordering, you are welcome to consult professional advice and reference.

Recommendations for moisture-proofing urns
It is strongly recommended to use a moisture-proof box or place moisture-proof bags around the cabinet and replace them regularly (the frequency of replacement depends on the humidity of the environment and area). The ambient humidity should not exceed 60%RH. Especially during the rainy season or after rain, use a dehumidifier regularly to dehumidify. The humidity-controllable moisture-proof box powder is best set at 30%RH.
