|Order Process|
We will arrange the drawing process upon receiving the order and completing the payment.
Once the drawing is completed, we will send it to you for confirmation.
Only after confirmation, we will proceed with the production.
The drawing process takes approximately 2-4 days, and the production period is around 3-7 working days.
If you have a specific delivery date in mind,
please communicate with us in advance.

★ After placing your order, if you require any specific custom text,
please provide the following information in the "Message to Designer" section on the purchase page:
1.Front Text on the mug: Within 20 characters, both Chinese and English are acceptable, and the text will be placed below the design.
For example: "Mavis & Zac" as shown in the product image.
2.Back Text on the mug: Within 20 characters, both Chinese and English are acceptable, and the text will be placed on the back of the mug.
For example: In the product image, one mug has "Mr. Lin" written on it, and another mug has "Mrs. Lin" written on it.
