Accessories are works of art, please keep and store them properly. If damaged, they will be repaired according to the prices listed in this table.
・【Mermaid Tail Series】
Appearance: The tail is folded out by hand and then colored. Each pair will be unique and will not be exactly the same as the picture, but the designer will try to achieve more than 90% similarity with the product picture. Please order if you can accept it!!
Color: When the tail is colored, the colorant is directly distributed on the tail, and it is rendered and coated in a way similar to "fluid painting", so the texture and color of each pair/each piece will be slightly different, but the designer will try to achieve more than 80% similarity. Please place an order if you can accept it!

1. The above prices are for products that have been assessed to be repairable.
2. Repairs for conditions other than those listed above will be subject to customer service evaluation and quotation.
3. Send a private message to Instagram customer service and provide photos or videos of the product status.
4. One very important thing, if you choose to repair the product by mail, please pay the postage yourself.

The following situations are not included in the scope of defects:
1. Product size: Normal error range is plus or minus 0.5~1 cm
2. Product color difference: Each device will have color difference due to different equipment, the product is subject to the actual color
3. Very small stains: diameter does not exceed 0.3cm
4. Painted glaze dripping: small impurities, uneven glaze dripping, and glaze overflow are not defects.
5. Bending of ear pins: Pure silver is relatively thin and soft, so there is some bending, which is not a defect.
6. Slightly crooked diamonds and glue overflow: Uneven or uneven diamond inlays and a small amount of residual glue are not defects.
7. Slight differences in metal welding points, slight scratches or small bumps on the plated surface are not considered defects.
8. Freshwater pearls, natural stones, and artificial Stone: There will be slight errors in size, pattern, and color due to the different natural textures and mineral defects of the materials, which are not within the scope of defects.
9. Slight bubbles generated during the production process are normal and their diameter should not exceed plus or minus 0.5 cm.
