Although there are already waterproof notebooks on the market, for us, its plastic-like inner page material and the feeling of being too smooth when writing makes it difficult to control the pen, it does not provide us with a good writing experience. If you use a ballpoint pen, when you close the notebook and leave it for a while, the handwriting will be "transferred" to the opposite page, causing difficulty in reading. Some waterproof paper has improved material to make it write closer to paper, but this kind of paper cannot be written with water-based ink, so pens, water-based signature pens, etc. cannot be used. The optional pen paper is left with pencils and atoms. The pen does not allow users to enjoy writing. RN's water-resistant paper has the writing feel of paper. What is the definition of water resistance and waterproof? We distinguish it like this: waterproof paper will not absorb water even if it encounters water, so it can completely shake the liquid on the paper. Water-resistant paper will absorb water, but only the surface will be wet when exposed to water, and the whole sheet will not be soaked, and even if it is wet, it will not be torn. Even if it gets wet, there is no need to worry about damage. Also because only the surface layer is wet, the drying time is shortened a lot. Although the paper will be slightly curled after drying, it can be flattened a lot after folding it. -----Five Features of RN Water Resistant----- Anyone who has a certain knowledge of paper knows that it is impossible to have the above conditions at the same time, because some of these characteristics are even contradictory to each other. It has the same characteristics as high-grade writing paper that it is not prone to dizziness. We have tested it with the most serious oily marker that penetrates through the back, and the RN water-resistant paper can also hold it, and we have not found the phenomenon of back penetration. (Figure 8) It can use any kind of writing instrument. We even use it for watercolors, no paper that claims to be waterproof/water resistant can do that. In practical application, as long as you choose a pen ink with waterproof effect, after writing with the pen, when the ink dries, the handwriting will not be glued off when exposed to water (Note: It depends on the effect of waterproof ink).
