Inspired by the classic collections of the Chrysler Art Museum in the United States.
This colorful dragonfly was created for the Tiffany exhibition at the Chrysler Art Museum and adapted from the Tiffany lamp in the fine art glass collection of the museum.
This lamp was made in Louis Comfort Tiffany's New York studio around 1910. Eight dragonflies surround the translucent blue glass lampshade to form an irregular frame, and dragonfly pendants hang on the hooks in the lampshade.
