**The scheduled date is not the official group formation date, you need to confirm the message and receive the "Activity Group Formation Form" according to the group formation date, and then prepare to leave!**
1. This event is an appointment-based group system. We will inform you whether the group is formed or not 5 days before the event. Payment does not mean that the group has successfully departed on that day. The event is officially established only after receiving the event group form. If there are less than 5 people in each level, it will be canceled or transferred to other levels to participate, and each group will be limited to 25 people.
2. Friends participating in the activity, please "arrive" at the meeting place on the same day, so as not to delay the itinerary of other passengers.
3. The itinerary will be adjusted slightly according to the tour time and actual situation.
4. The whole outdoor tour needs to be visited on foot. Please bring your own drinking water and sun protection measures. In rainy days, please bring your own rain gear.
5. If you need to postpone due to personal factors, please submit it 7 days before the event.
6. 70% of the cancellation fee will be refunded one week before the event, and no refund will be accepted from 7 days before the event to the day of the event.
7. In case of typhoon, heavy rain and other climate problems, we will coordinate a full refund or postpone the arrangement.
8. Parents and children are welcome to sign up together, one person, one ticket, and those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany them into the venue and participate together.
9. Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site lecturers. If there is any damage caused by violation, the participants should be responsible for it.
10. In-depth tourism/experience activities will be taken by the organizer according to the needs, and uploaded to the fan page of Ganle Hotel and related communities after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes.
