__Why Should I Have This Coffee__
It's a beautiful coffee we selected from one of the Ethiopia Cup of Excellence winners, Rumudamo. They used 74112 to do the washed process, which lead to the amazing cup profile of jasmine, honey and earl grey tea. Candy-sweetness, bright acidity and fully-round body are the other highlights. It's much tastier than the typical Gesha coffee, particularly in the Nordic roast.
This is definitely our best Ethiopia selection ever.

**Pour-over**
Grind 15g coffee and pour 90℃ fresh water for 240g into it.
**Drip Coffee**
Tear out the fabric bag along the cutting line. Leave it properly on your mug with the paper hand fixed on the rim. Then pour the 90℃ water into the ground coffee for approximately 150 to 180g.
**Aeropress**
Dose 20g ground coffee into the lower part of Aeropress. Fill it with 85℃ water and agitate it gently. Then seal it with the black lid. Switch it and press it on your mug. Press it slowly for 30 seconds.
**Batch Brewer**
Dose 40g ground coffee and fill 700g water. Brew it!
