Since designers must prepare materials and reserve quotas in advance, in order to protect the rights of designers, if a refund is due to consumer personal factors 7 days before the event (excluding the day of the experience), a 50% handling fee will be charged. This fee will not be refunded within 7 days of the event. Tickets are non-refundable and can be transferred to relatives and friends to take classes/make custom orders/purchase goods instead.
4. If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer 7 days before the event to discuss for follow-up processing. The maximum extension is three months. If an event is requested to be rescheduled or canceled within 7 days of the event, no rescheduling or refund will be given.
5. Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience activity and the next class to proceed smoothly, please be on time.**Those who are more than 15 minutes late**will not be allowed to enter, and no rescheduling or refund will be allowed. Please note that.
