Read out the word and explain the meaning to any younger players. .Look for a noun (name or object) – which you would associate with the word on the card. Use the environment around you for inspiration. Found it? For example: ‘Soft’ – this can be your favourite toy (Paddington bear), neighbours cat (Spots), your clothes or your mommy’s hug. ‘Smelly’ – this can be your brother, broccoli or fish. Then open the next card and look for something that is matching both these words. Now another card! The game becomes more difficult and fun with each new opened card.
