『Dong Ding Oolong Tea』
Dong Ding is one of the tea areas with the longest history in Taiwan, but it's now difficult to find that traditional flavor. Therefore we follow ancient methods to made classic flavor that thick and solid with the aroma of nuts.
『Suggested brewing』
Hot brewing | put 6g of tea per 150 ml hot water at 95℃, brew 1 minute & ready to serve. Same amount of tea can infuse 3-5 times.
Cold brewing | put 3g of tea into 450 ml of room temperature water, and store it into the refrigerator to chill for 6~8 hours.
Brewing time can be adjusted according to preference. Users are recommended to brew the tea not too long to achieve suitable for aroma and flavor!
