(no wider than 1") Step 3 Close the clip ( make sure it close tightly, not stuck by the webbing ) Step 4 Put on the backpack and then adjust CELL to the comfortable spot NOTICE:  If your backpack has sternum strap, we suggest that you move the sternum strap in between the two clips of CELL.
