Thank you for your purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, consumers who shop online have the right to a 7-day cooling-off period (including holidays) from the day after the goods arrive. Please note that the cooling-off period is not a product trial period. If you receive the mooInk series/Color Note product and find anything unsatisfactory after inspection, please do not open it and use it.
If you find dust spots (black spots) or less than 3 bright spots on the screen of the mooInk series/Color Note after unpacking, or the screen light is uneven, these are normal phenomena and do not fall within the scope of defects, so we will not provide exchanges.
If you wish to apply for a return or exchange, the returned product and packaging must be restored to their original condition when the product arrived, and the packaging must be kept complete (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty, original packaging, purchased items, and the integrity of all accompanying documents). The product must not be damaged or any accessories must be missing. After we receive the returned goods, we will charge a restoration fee ranging from NT$200 to NT$500, depending on whether the product packaging is intact and the degree of damage to the product packaging and outer box. If you find that the accessories included in the box are missing when you receive the returned product, the selling price of the accessories will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty Information
After the mooInk series/Color Note is sold, Readmoo provides a one-year warranty (when applying for warranty, consumers are required to properly package the product and return it to Readmoo). The warranty service starts from the date stated on the invoice. Consumers should keep the purchase invoice or proof of purchase (e.g. online purchase record, photo of invoice) properly to protect their rights. If you are unable to present an invoice or proof of purchase, the date of manufacture will be used as the basis for calculation.
Failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions in the user manual, damage caused by external force, human damage or other abnormal factors, or damage caused by other abnormal use such as changing the operating system or flashing the device by the customer are not covered by our warranty.
