All of the products in Tumaz has passed both Europe REACH and USA California Proposal 65. It is confirmed that the smell contains no toxicity. Please place the mat at airy place to vent out the smell if needed. If you are sensitive to smell, we strongly advice you to choose our TPE mat instead! ❗️ **NBR Mat cannot be Laid Completed Flat at First** The mat is rolled when packed. Thus, it may tilt up a little at the end of the mat when it is laid out. Because of the high-density, it might not be able to lie flat 100%. Please roll the mat backwards to solve the problem. ❗️ **The Pressed Marks on NBR Mat** NBR mat is very soft. It is completely normal to have marks after using it. Although Tumaz NBR mat rebounds better than that from other brands, we still don't recommend using hard tools like massage balls on NBR mat, which may leaves unrecoverable marks. ❗️ **Little Pores** It is normal to have little pores from the production.
