The moment I received the call, my heart was really full of gratitude. The pay for teaching for social welfare groups is definitely not as high as the commercial form, but it is something I really want to do at the moment. / In this way, I had one class per week for nearly two months to accompany my visually impaired friend. . The original duration of the course was two hours each time, but I hoped to share some relaxation techniques that the visually impaired can use in their lives in addition to handicrafts, so I proposed this idea to the social worker. She said: Because there is no precedent before, you may want to ask your supervisor! Not long after, a few months before the start of the formal course, I had to go to the Braille teacher for a trial teaching. Only after there were no problems would I enter the subsequent formal course. I also did a lot of homework before the trial teaching, because it has become relatively important to teach clear spoken instructions to visually impaired friends. When I arrived at the teaching site, the social worker simulated the visually impaired and the assistants. Some of the students who will take the class in the future are visually impaired from birth and some acquired. I also experienced glasses that simulated their vision. In the darkness, there was only a slight blur under my eyes. At this moment, I just hope that Bodhisattva’s compassion can see so many children in the world who need support and care. During the break in the middle of the trial, the supervisor of Love Braille came to me and said: I heard from the social worker that you planned the course to be three hours at a time. There is no problem at all and I will follow your suggestion. At the moment, my heart is really filled with the joy of being recognized, not at all because of the extra hour of income, but because I can spend an extra hour with my visually impaired friends. For nearly two months, in addition to the originally planned handmade soaps and diffuser Stone, I planned an additional hour of themed courses every week. Yoga Nidra (Thanks to all the social workers who worked very hard to take the visually impaired to the floor of the activity room to lie down one by one into the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra, teach them visualization, mindfulness, and language neurology. Threads are techniques for relaxing the brain and adjusting emotions. Visually impaired people are more likely to feel uncomfortable. During the class period, I always have a portable essential oil box with me. If someone gets dizzy, feels uncomfortable and vomits while riding in the car, I am like a portable nurse, and I can have the opportunity to talk to them. I feel deeply grateful to get along closely with them and take care of myself. One of the students was blind. He used to practice Tai Chi in a club when he was in college. When he knew that I could also practice Tai Chi, he always shared the Tai Chi moves with me before every class. Full of laughter. Later, this student planned to set up a massage studio for the visually impaired at home. I heard him say that he liked spinning prayer wheels, and I remembered that I brought some back when I went to Tibet many years ago. After class, I sent him a message and I sent one. When sending him off, he said, "Teacher, then I have to move the chair to the door every day and wait for the postman to come." I still remember that when I saw the message, I laughed at his straightforward answer. After lunch, I always used to go for a walk on the nearby river embankment. One day, for some reason, I came up with the idea that I might have the opportunity to teach Maria's children.
