【Return and Exchange Instructions】
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period for products (the appreciation period is not a trial period). Since earphones are personal hygiene products, they are deemed purchased once they are unpacked. Please think twice before ordering or unpacking the product to avoid affecting your own rights.
