Q1. How can I do to keep wool products saved?
When you do not wearing, please put the products in a dustproof bag to avoid hairs to sticky other clothes.
Q2. How to clean the 100% wool products?
Please keep it under sun periodically, part of dirty which soaking in warm water and rub it softly with vinegar or neutral lotion (shampoo etc), please wash 2-3 times.
*Please do not throw it into a brush or washing machine.
Q3. Can the products be putted on the sensitive skin?
Animal hairs are lead easily to allergic phenomenon then the general cotton and linen material. It is not recommended to wear the atopic dermatitis patient directly, please avoid excessive friction by wearing high-neck clothes etc.
The colour of the product is based on the actual product, actually due to the colour of the product maybe different on the monitor.
It is forecasting 10 ~ 15 days for overseas dispatch.
