✤ Features: Tianshan jade, produced in the Daxia Ertai Mountains of Inner Mongolia and the Tianshan Mountains of Xinjiang, is a marine siliceous deposit that has undergone repeated geological transformations over billions of years, infused with chromium solutions. It is the oldest type of jade in China and is one of the few varieties of jade with hardness and density comparable to jadeite. Its dense structure, hardness, and resistance to acid, alkali, and environmental changes make it suitable for daily wear and long-term collection and appreciation.
After polishing, Tianshan jade has a delicate and warm texture with a brightness that does not feel waxy, exhibiting an oil-like sheen. In terms of colours, it ranges from semi-transparent light green to white, with the green portions displaying silky patterns, making it a beautiful and precious mid-to-high-end jade. Compared to other types of jade from domestic and international regions, Tianshan jade has a wider range of tones, primarily including white, blue-green, and emerald green, as well as transitional colors like bluish-white, grayish-white, bean green, and dark green, all characterised by elegant tones and an ethereal quality.
