**・If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all fees incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the designer has to prepare materials ten days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.**
**・In order to promote environmental protection, the event does not provide disposable bags. Please bring your own reusable bags to bring back the finished products of the event.**
・If you need to reschedule, please refund the ticket and buy it again. No refund or exchange will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.

・If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Pinkoi will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund.
