Copper is inherently anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, and fabrics incorporating ALTOR® yarns can reduce a broad spectrum of bacterial colonies by over 99% and inhibit growth of mildew, also preventing the bad smells they can cause. Anti-bacterial coatings wash off easily. The Copper infusion technology traps the Copper particles inside the ALTOR® yarn. It means that the excellent antibacterial properties are persistent and long-lasting, even after many washes.
