It is selected and produced by exquisite small farmers for the bean products of the Kochel micro-producing area in the Yirgacheffe production area, and sent to the local "Boji" processing plant for fermentation treatment. It is characterized by a calm wine aroma and rich fruit juice. To feel, it is recommended that the extraction temperature of the first stage is 90~92°C to extract the mellowness and sweetness. The extraction temperature of the tail stage can be 80~85°C, which can make up for the level of glycol and unique flavor. Mix and drink to feel the mellow brew. Fermentation, with a unique floral aroma, a faint sweetness accompanies its glycol.
