Lesson 3 Crispy pastry tart crust with sanding method - French almond raw chocolate tart
About Pâte Bbrisée:
Pastry dough made by hand-sanding the cooled butter and other ingredients.
This course will lead students to challenge themselves to make extensions and variations with different flavors.
Molded in a six-inch round shape, the chocolate tart shell also has a crispy texture and can be extended into many biscuits and snacks.
Raw chocolate made from 60% bittersweet chocolate, paired with rich almond cream filling

Those who have not signed up for this experience are not allowed to enter the activity area to avoid affecting the activities of teachers and other students.

Important epidemic announcement:
In response to the COVID-19 epidemic, the classroom will cooperate with the national level three alert to cancel courses before July 26. Those who have registered for courses can contact the classroom to postpone, transfer to other courses, or cancel courses. Currently, courses in August and September have been released. Students are welcome to refer and register. :)
Course cancellation method:
* If notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
* If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before departure date (excluding departure date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
* Cancellations will not be accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day, and no refund will be given.
* If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
* It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the departure date, the place can be transferred. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
* If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
How to change the date:
* The date can be changed within 6 days to 4 days before departure date (excluding departure date). However, the change can only be made once and only for events under the same organizer.
* If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded or compensated.
*Cancellations will not be accepted for rescheduled events.
* Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day.
* It is recommended that you can transfer your place if you need to reschedule within 3 days before departure date. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
