If the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) epidemic makes it inconvenient to attend the event, please apply for refund and exchange five working days before the event (excluding the day of the event), and a full refund will be made. In other cases, if the cancellation is made two days before the course starts, 70% of the course fee can be refunded. If the cancellation is made one day before the course starts, 50% of the course fee can be refunded. There will be no refund for temporary cancellations on the day of the event.
