These are anmitsu and three-color dango earrings.
Anmitsu is made with vanilla ice cream, shiratama (rice flour dumplings), red bean paste,
Topped with gyuhi and fruit.
Fruits include kiwi, mandarin oranges, and cherries.
Of course, there is also agar and beans underneath.
To match the spring, we used cherry blossoms for the gyuhi filling of our Anmitsu 🌸
I also went cafe-hopping with earrings on.
