Let it defrost on the countertop or refrigerator to enjoy. Please store in the freezer and for best taste eat within 14 days. ▪︎We do not provide plates or utensils. ▪︎There is a flat 200ntd shipping fee for frozen shipping. ▪︎There is an option to pick a date and time if needed. Please allow four days for cakes to be made fresh. If you are ordering for a time-sensitive event, we recommend selecting a delivery date 1 to 2 days ahead in case of delays. ▪︎We do not ship on Sundays. ▎Return policy *Due to the perishable nature of our products, harbor market is not able to issue any returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the issue is the result of an error in our making, packaging, or handling of the product. *If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of the product arriving with a photo of the product. After verification, we will offer a refund. *If you'd like to change your pick-up time, please inform us five days before the original pick-up time. We will then confirm with you the new pick-up time.
