HARIO is a Japanese heat-resistant glass manufacturer founded in 1921. It started making glass accessories in order to inherit the craftsmanship of craftsmen. We have been making glass for 90 years.
At the beginning of its establishment, craftsmen hand-made physical and chemical instruments and tableware. Later, machine manufacturing developed, and now there are fewer and fewer people in the factory. Now, Hario wants to return to the starting point again and hopes to hand over the carefully crafted works of glass craftsmen to the next generation. We will continue to inject new vitality into the infinitely pure material "heat-resistant glass".
The "heat-resistant glass" manufactured by HARIO is not only heat-resistant, but also has the characteristics of easy stretching, joining and processing of glass. By taking advantage of this feature, you can create sophisticated designs that only Pyrex can accomplish. Plus, heat-resistant glass has a lower specific gravity than other glasses, so you're less likely to feel pressure even if you wear it.
The water drop design resembles what dew looks like when it stops spilling from a leaf at night.
