● 10 kilograms of BIWA Gold Mandheling packaged in straw mats. The production area is Lintong in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. The farm restricts farmers to pick red coffee fruits by hand. After careful selection by hand, they are washed with SEMI-WASHED and dried in the sun. After shelling, it is dried again to reduce the moisture content to 12.5%. Finally, adzuki beans, defective beans, and foreign matter are manually selected. This process is used to select the finest golden mantelin coffee beans.
