Registration process and rules: 1. Please complete the order according to the process, drawing board size/number of people/time period. 2. If the teaching cannot be performed due to force majeure factors such as typhoons and natural disasters, the government announcement will be the main guide. The class suspension standards announced by the venue of the event will be the class start and refund standards. Students will be notified at least one day before the course. Classes will start and additional make-up classes will be provided. 3. It is recommended that children under 12 years old be accompanied by a parent to complete the course together. Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate in the event. 4. Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refunds will be given. 5. The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities based on needs and upload them to the official community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements. The refund regulations are as follows: (All refund transactions will be subject to a handling fee of NT$50). (1) If you notify the cancellation 7 days before the class date (excluding the day), 100% of the activity fee will be refunded (2) If the cancellation is notified 7 to 4 days before the class date (excluding the same day), 50% of the activity fee will be refunded. (3) If the cancellation is notified 3 days before the class date (excluding the day), the entire activity fee will not be refunded. When making an appointment to come to the store, please be sure to do the following: 1. Fill in the actual link format of the SMS. 2. Please cooperate with the temperature measurement when entering the store. If the temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees C, you are not allowed to enter. Please go home and rest. 3. Please wear a mask at all times when entering the classroom and keep an appropriate distance from others. 4. Have alcohol and hand sanitizer available for hand disinfection. 5. We will not serve students with relevant footprint contact history, travel history, or those who have symptoms of suspected respiratory infection. 6. After placing the order, customers can choose to attend class as scheduled or postpone it if it is affected by changes/upgrades in the epidemic situation. You can also choose to get a full refund for courses during the third level.
