"Bird's nest" has been a precious tonic since ancient times and was one of the royal court dishes. In modern times, it is known as a beauty product. IUSE has specially invited teacher Gao Mei to share how to nourish the body with food in spring and summer. She will use bird's nests to create her own homemade dishes with her ingenuity.
