Q: Can the Elephant Cup S be used to hold warm drinks?
A: The main materials of Elephant Cup S are 316 Stainless Steel and food-grade PP plastic, with a temperature resistance of 0℃~110℃, so there is no problem in the cup body holding warm drinks.
However, it should be noted that: since warm drinks will produce hot steam, when air pressure is generated in the cup, there is a chance that the leak-proof ring will not be able to close tightly, causing the drink to leak; when the internal air pressure is too high, it may also cause the risk of splashing when opening the lid and the risk of damage to the cup lid.
Therefore, we recommend not using a straw lid when serving warm drinks to allow the hot steam to evaporate. Or you can open the straw lid or cup lid for a while to allow the steam in the cup to be fully released before closing the straw lid or cup lid.
※ It is also recommended that if the Elephant Cup S is filled with beverages with a temperature of more than 60 degrees, please try to keep it stable and do not shake it excessively (shaking may accelerate the speed of steam generation inside the cup).

Q: Can it be put in a microwave, oven, dishwasher or dishwasher?
A: The cup body is made of Stainless Steel and has a vacuum layer inside. Do not use microwave ovens, ovens, dishwashers, or other machines or equipment, as these may cause damage to the cup body. The remaining parts (PP cup lid, PP straw, Silicone leak-proof ring) can be cleaned using dishwashers and dishwashers.

Q: Why can't the second-generation cup lid be used on the Elephant Cup S?
A: Since the spiral part of the Elephant Cup S is higher, the height of the second-generation Ecozen cup lid will not be able to completely cover the spiral part of the cup mouth, which may affect the tightness of the cup lid and cause water leakage. In addition, although the third-generation cup lid has an adjustable height, it can still be used on the Ecozen transparent cup.
