‼ ️Maximum 10 people per ladder, class starts with 4 people (inclusive) or more‼

‼ ️No cancellations on rainy days, unless there is thunder, heavy rain, or the wind is too strong to enter the water‼ ️

‼ ️If the weather does not permit, in case of cancellation, those who live in Tainan can reschedule or get a refund (a handling fee of $100 will be deducted)‼ ️
⚠️Activity refund instructions⚠️
A. Consumer cancellation method
1. If you cancel the trip 14 days before the event (excluding the departure date), you can get a full refund.
2. If you cancel the trip 7 days before the event (excluding departure day), 70% of the trip will be refunded.
3. If you cancel the trip 5 days before the event (excluding the departure day), you will get a 50% refund.
4. If you cancel the trip 2 days before the event (excluding departure day), no refund will be given.
B. Cancellation method for event parties
1. If the event is canceled before the event due to force majeure factors such as weather (strong winds, waves, etc.) or national policies, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of NT$100 (per person).
2. If the activity is canceled due to force majeure factors such as weather (strong winds, waves) after arriving at the event site, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of NT$100 (per person).

Notes on photos/videos
During all activities, we will take photos/videos to record and provide them to participants as souvenirs.
For official announcements, we will "randomly" select photos/videos from time to time and upload them to fan pages/Instagram...and other social media.
Therefore, it is possible that beautiful photos/captivating videos of you participating in the event will appear on social media.
⚠️If you disagree, please be sure to inform us in advance when registering! ! Of course, we also hope that after seeing the photos/videos, you will be willing to provide them to us for promotion/advertising/enrollment purposes🥰
