When cleaning the product, all the parts can be cleaned separately.
When holding beverages that stains easily, wash this product as soon as possible after use to reduce staining.
Do not use abrasive sponges, metal brushes, or detergents containing bleaching agent or chlorine to clean Tritan plastic parts, or it may scratch the product surface or damage the product.
This product can be cleaned in a dishwasher (note that the upper temperature limit is 100°C). Please refer to the instruction manual for the dishwasher in advance. Please place the upper area (low pressure area) of the dishwasher, and do not turn on the UV sterilization function.
Silicone parts will wear out after long-term use and must be replaced regularly. You can purchase them in our shop.
If the toppings are solidified because they are placed for a long time, make sure that the sealing plug is tightly sealed with the cup lid, hold sealing plug with your finger and shake it vertically for 3 to 5 times to restore them.
Sealed plugs help prevent the liquid inside the product from spilling when shaking or accidentally overturning.
To ensure the safety of serving hot drinks, this product is not perfectly sealed to avoid popping when containing hot drinks. Therefore, do not place this product up side down for a long period of time to avoid leaking.
Do not put carbonated drinks in this product, the pressure can cause liquid to drip out of the sealing plug.
Do not put citrus peels in this product, citrus oil could wear down Tritan material.
