I think as a coffee lover, you usually have a personal preference, such as "light roast" or "dark roast" etc...
Because coffee has different structure and flavor requirements, the courses will be divided into two categories.
The content is as follows:
__Course A Light Roast (Floral, Fruity) Enzyme Group Flavor__
4/13 The first class - Source of sour aroma (one class/2 hours)
4/20 Second class - Feelings of sweetness (one class/2 hours)

__Course B dark roasting (caramel, nuts, chocolate) caramelization group flavor__
The third session on 4/27 - Presentation of dark roast flavor (one session/2 hours) and milk coffee au lait.
$2000/person
Coffee produces aroma through roasting; the degree of roasting affects the particle structure.
You can choose the course requirements based on your favorite coffee "Course A Light Roast" or "Course B Dark Roast"!
