Chapter 1: Basic Pour Over and Flavor Concept Architecture
1-1 How to use hand pouring equipment
1-2 Smartcafe perfume bottle concept and extended application
1-3 Construction of the three elements of hand pouring (grinding strength and temperature)
Chapter 2: Hand pouring demonstration and flavor analysis of the three major production areas
2-1 Asian Flavor (Mandheling)
2-2 African Flavor (Ye Jia Xue Fei)
2-3 American flavor (geisha series)

Event Notes
Coffee will be served during the class, and it is recommended to have something to eat before class.
Please bring a thermos or water bottle, and you can take away your own brewed coffee.
If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all expenses incurred at 30% of the fare will be charged.
Since the baristas have to prepare materials ten days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
If you need to reschedule, please refund the ticket and buy it again. No refund or exchange will be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
Participants over the age of 12 are eligible to sign up for this event.
Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets, and those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany the entry and participate together. Admission is open 15 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund the fee.
