Don’t blindly pursue the roasting degree, and take the original flavor of the green coffee beans as the primary goal.
We will first use the standard roasting techniques used in the store to test the overall presentation of the green beans. After cupping, we will determine the flavor direction to be expressed according to the characteristics of the green beans. After re-examining the roasting curve, we will adjust and modify to find the most appropriate roasting method for the green beans. The roasting position optimizes flavor presentation, emphasizing defined flavor, bright acidity, rich sweetness and overall balance.
