This salad is rich and layered, with a rich taste, consisting mainly of eggs, onions, fish, and Russian-style mayonnaise. Since the Soviet era, it has become a very popular dish for celebrations. Now, in addition to many former Soviet countries, innovative versions with fruit can also be found in places like Sweden. In addition to its delicious taste, the mimosa salad is also known for its unique appearance. Various unique shapes, such as a cake-like form, can be created according to one's preferences and creativity.
