Is there any trial sleeping service available?
Currently, all mattresses provide a 60-day trial sleep service. The mattress will be fully refunded within 60 days. If you need to return or exchange the product, please see the return and exchange instructions.
How to care for your mattress?
・It is recommended to use a cleaning pad to prevent water or dirt from penetrating into the mattress and damaging the inner structure.
・It is recommended that regular head-to-tail rotation of 180 degrees can reduce indentation, once every three months for two years, and once every six months thereafter.
・Do not wash or dry clean, please use clean water or soapy water, press with a wet cloth to press out the dirt, and then press dry with a dry cloth.
・Avoid bouncing on the mattress frequently and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
Is there a difference between the softness and hardness of the new mattress I received when I tried it in the store?
The mattresses that sleepers receive are brand new and handmade. After sleeping for about one and a half months, the softness and hardness will be similar to the mattresses displayed in the store~
Does the mattress have a warranty?
In addition to the comfort layer (including surface fabric), the main structure of the mattress springs has a fifteen-year warranty. Damage caused by external force is not covered by the warranty.

How to calculate shipping cost?
The shipping fee is NT$1,600 per bed across Taiwan. (Please see the Return and Exchange Instructions for shipping charges for returns and exchanges)
Can you specify the delivery time?
After the mattress production is completed, professional logistics personnel will contact you to confirm the delivery time! If you have special needs (such as placing an order in September and wanting to ship it in November), please leave a note in the order or contact customer service.
How long does it take for the goods to arrive after ordering online?
The handcrafting of your mattress will begin only after the order is placed. The production period is approximately~14 working days__After the production is completed, professional logistics personnel will contact you and deliver it.
Is there delivery to outlying islands & overseas?
Not currently! There is currently no delivery service to outlying islands or overseas, but we can deliver the mattress to the customer's designated shipping center, and subsequent transshipment services must be handled by the customer.
Will there be a floor fee?
No matter which floor you are on, there is no floor fee, and the master will help you move to the designated floor!
Is there an old bed recycling service? Are there any additional fees?
Yes! A mattress can be recycled in exchange for an old bed at no additional cost.

How do I return the product?
If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact the official customer service and provide the orderer's name and order number, and a dedicated person will serve.
Please note that the appearance and structure of the mattress must be clean and intact, and the mattress tags must be retained and cannot be cut. Returns will not be accepted if the mattress appearance is dirty, worn, or missing.
