At checkout, simply enter the gift card number. Gift cards can be used for buying any item on Pinkoi.
Terms and conditions:
1. Gift cards cannot be recharged. Only one card can be used per order. But you can merge the remainder of several cards into a single gift card.
2. Gift cards have no expiration dates.
3. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Cards are issued and sent at random. Gift cards should be viewed as cash. Stolen, damaged, or loss of cards will not be compensated or replaced. Please take appropriate precautionary measures for gift cards.
5. Gift cards are prepaid cards issued by Pinkoi. Once sold, cards cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.
6. Gift cards cannot be bought with coupon codes.
7. According to Paragraph 2, Article 14 of Taiwan's law on the use of Government Uniform Invoices, vendors are not required to issue invoices for gift cards. When a consumer uses a gift card to make purchases, the direct seller will issue an invoice.
8. If you return a defective product bought with a Pinkoi gift card, the refund will be refunded back to the original gift card and not as cash.
