Ruby Black Tea is precious because we strictly select only fresh tip leaves. It needs rain to water and breed it in order to provide the aroma of ripened fruit and mellow taste. It is also known as Taiwan Tea No. 18. People are attracted to its ripened fruit fragrance.
『Suggested brewing 』
Hot brewing | put 8g of tea per 200 c.c. hot water at 85℃, brew 1 minute & ready to serve. Same amount of tea can infuse 3-5 times.
Cold brewing | put 3g of tea into 600 c.c. of room temperature water, and store it into the refrigerator to chill for 6~8 hours.
Brewing time can be adjusted according to preference. Users are recommended to brew the tea not too long to achieve suitable for aroma and flavor!
