• According to the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communications Transactions" announced by the Executive Yuan, creators have the right not to accept returns or exchanges for customized products. (Products made to order are also included in customized products.)
• If you need to give a gift, please use the post office or home delivery method to maintain the integrity of the outer box of the product.
• Avoid contact with water. If leather comes into contact with water, please place it in a cool place to dry. Do not expose it to the sun.
• When not in use for a long time, please place it in a dry place and regularly maintain it with leather care oil or mink oil to extend the service life of the bag.
• Each leather product is unique. Just like human skin, scars or lines are natural phenomena and are part of the product!
• The leather is made of vegetable-tanned cowhide imported from Europe and the United States. Slight color differences in each batch of dyeing are normal! If you have any questions about color, please write to us first to discuss!
• Bags: There may be slight color differences between the straps/straps and the bag itself. If you mind, please do not place an order!
